Defines system flags that can be applied to the entire organisation, individual outlet groups, outlets or terminals.
No flags have been defined
When enabled, the user will not be prompted about existing orders if they try to create a new order for a service mode entity that already has an order.
This flag is useful if you share a single POS User across all terminals and dont want them to get prompted to open transactions for quick sale currently in progress on other terminals by the same user.
When enabled, the user will be able to preview a receipt for an open order before printing it. Effectively the receipt button from within an order will become a View Receipt button.
When enabled, hides all monetary amounts on the Open Orders list. Useful for terminals that are customer facing (eg on the floor in a restaurant). Prevents customers from seeing the value of open orders the venue currently has.
Prompt the user to select a receipt printer when there is more than 1 receipt printer assigned to the temrinal via Receipt Printer Mappings
When enabled, this will STOP the system from automatically finalising any Z reports that are still open for this terminal at the end of the trading day.
When enabled, this flag will cause the cash draw to open on the till if the user finalises a Z report for that terminal.
Note: The user must be finalising a Z report for that actual terminal for it to open, finalising Z's only for other terminals will not open the draw.
When enabled, the X/Z Report window will not warn the user if there are unprinted z reports from previous days
When enabled, the "No" option on the print orders to kitchen prompt will be removed. This will limit the user to only be able to choose from Yes (ie print now) or Later (ask me later), effectively
ensuring that all items will be printed to the KP at some point.
When enabled, the courses to print option will NOT be displayed, and the system will apply the choosen print option (yes/no/later) to all unprinted courses.
