There is an issue with my RemoteOrder
Please utilise the Validate Order endpoint. It will provide a report on the order and will capture the vast majority issues.
I'm not sure how to parse something in the Menu

How do I test against a POS
The development sandbox you received during onboarding should allow to simulate everything a POS does with a great deal more transparency and control over edge cases.
If you're unable to simulate something (or want to setup a physical end to end test environment) please contact as at the above support email.
I'm receiving a HTTP error
| Status Code | Advice |
|---|---|
| 400 | Bad request - check the response body of the message, it will contain diagnostic information. These are most likely caused because something that you've POSTed to our endpoints is failing validation on one or more properties. |
| 401 | Unauthorised - The token you've supplied is either missing, expired or malformed. Double check your Access Token |
| 403 | Forbidden - The token you've supplied is valid but not for the outlet/provider you're requesting. If you're confident that the outletId/providerId is correct then double check that the outlet hasn't disabled the integration for your provider. |
| 404 | Not found - the URI you've supplied is incorrect. Double check the path and ensure you're using the correct host as per the docs at Access Token |
| 500 | Internal Server Error - This indicates an error at ROS/downstream. These should be intermittent and are safe to retry after a short delay (PowerEPOS will be notified of the error but if you're seeing repeated failures don't hesitate to contact us) |
