The user is prompted for an event upon creating a new transaction and is allowed to select "skip"

Optional_DontPrompt : 2

The POS will allow an event to be automatically linked to this order (if configured), but the user wont be prompted if they are not configured. Manual event assignments are allowed.

Required_Prompt : 3

The user is prompted for an event upon starting a new order (if no automatic event allocation is configured) and must select an existing event or create a new one
